"Okay for the price, but I had to be patient"
It’s decent overall and I guess the quality matches the price, but one of the bands started wearing down after just a few months. It still works, so I’ve been forced to be patient with it instead of replacing it right away, but I expected it to hold up a little longer

"I bought a resistance band set..."
I bought a resistance band set from Black Mountain Products, and one of the bands ended up snapping after a few months. Since it said they had a lifetime warranty, I figured I’d reach out and see what they could do.
They did end up sending me a replacement, so I definitely appreciate that. The only thing is the process took some back and forth — I had to send pictures, order info, and then follow up a couple times before I really got an update lol.
Overall, not a bad experience, and I’m glad they actually honored the warranty. I just wish the replacement process had been a little faster and clearer from the beginning

"Arrived Early and Everything Felt Easy"
My order actually showed up a couple days earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed well, and the tracking updated properly the whole way, so I always knew where it was. Overall, it was a smooth experience and left me feeling happy with the purchase.

"Even easier than I expected"
I ordered from Black Mountain Products and the whole process was smoother than I thought it would be. The website was easy to navigate, checkout was quick, and once it arrived, setup didn’t take much effort at all. I was expecting to have to deal with confusing instructions or some trial and error, but I basically just opened it up and started using it. Happy with it so far.

These bands feel strong, and the resistance is good for my workouts. The handles did slip once, not a huge deal, but overall they’ve been solid and perform well...

"Felt a bit ignored at first, but they fixed it"
I had a small issue with my order and sent an email to customer service, not expecting much. At first I kind of felt like I was being ignored, which was frustrating, but they did eventually get back to me and took care of it without turning it into a big hassle. I’m glad it got fixed, I just wish the communication felt a little more personal

"Solid value for the price"
I ordered from Black Mountain Products and was happy with what I got. The prices felt fair, and the quality seems better than I expected for the cost.
Shipping went smoothly too, which I appreciated. If anything had been delayed or packed poorly, that would’ve felt preventable, but I didn’t run into any issues. I don’t feel like I overpaid, and I’d order from them again.
